HEC MANIA: Adults 2026

The day began with our Unwind Session, led by Mrs. Hanifa, where attendees enjoyed light-hearted conversations, fun games, embroidery, henna, and onsite wellness checks. It was a beautiful reminder that caring for ourselves — physically, mentally, and emotionally — is an important part of caring for those around us.

We then transitioned into our Uplift Session, led by Mrs. Zainab, where participants reflected on the approaching days of Dhul-Hijjah through guided reminders, heartfelt conversations, and du'a journaling. It was a special opportunity for every woman present to pause, realign her intentions, and prepare spiritually for one of the most beloved seasons in Islam.

The day concluded with our Upgrade Session, facilitated by Dr. Hauwa, featuring practical discussions on mindset, personal development, and finances. One of the key messages was that Muslim women do not have to choose between success in this world and success in the Hereafter. With sincerity, balance, and trust in Allah, it is possible to pursue growth in both our dunya and our akhirah.

One of the standout moments of the day was undoubtedly lunch. Beautifully prepared by Tasteful Treats, the meal was a favourite among attendees, with many describing it as one of the highlights of the retreat. We are equally grateful to our generous sponsors, whose thoughtful contributions added so much warmth and value to the overall experience.

Alhamdulillah, every major session was successfully delivered, and the spirit of the day remained joyful, intentional, and uplifting throughout.

We extend our heartfelt appreciation to our host, Hajiya Maryam, for graciously opening her space to host this retreat and providing such a peaceful environment for our guests. We also thank every sponsor, partner, volunteer, speaker, and attendee who contributed to making HEC MANIA Adults 2026 a success.

Above all, we thank Allah for allowing us to create a space where Muslim women could rest, reflect, grow, and strengthen their connection with Him.
